Meet the Board

Dr. Lentz is a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who spent several years at University of Florida training residents and leading the Craniofacial Clinic. She is now in Private Practice in Florida and dedicates her free time to serving as the President of Interplast South and the children of Honduras.

Dr. Allee is a Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist who has functioned as the Chief Anesthesiologist of Interplast South since 2017. She currently practices in Brandon, Florida.

“Liz” currently works as a Nurse Anesthetist at AdventHealth. She is also an administrator for Interplast South. She has been a member of the team since 2012 and she possesses a breadth of clinical and administrative skills.

Francesca is a Nurse Anesthetist at Shands Hospital in Gainesville Florida. She is the lead nurse anesthetist and director of the program. She has been a dedicated member of the Interplast South team for the past decade.

Paige is the Chief Administrator of Interplast South. She has been a dedicated member since 2019. Her organizational skills and compassion make her a phenomenal member of the Interplast South Team.
